Camping in EC Village
EC VILLAGE is designed to offer the full festival experience by spending five days in nature, far from your day-to-day life. The largest festival camping in Romania, accommodating over 18,000 people at EC10. In 2017, it won the "Best Camping Award" at Festileaks Awards.
A 5-day festival means a looot of things to do, and the only way to make sure that you’re in the middle of the action and to keep your FOMO under control is to stay in our camping.
Whether you just want a place to crash or you’re looking for a comfy place to chill in, we’ve got your back.
Our EC Village consists of a Tent Area where you can pitch your own tent or buy a Pre-Pitched tent from our website, Glamping, Car Camping and RV Camping. Each area has its own entrance.
To get access to the Camping Area, you need a Festival Pass and a Camping Pass. This type of access allows you to bring your own tent, buy a pre-pitched tent, book one of our Glamping accommodation options, bring your car or your camper.
Tent Area
You need a Festival Pass and a Camping Pass to access the Tent Area. This type of access allows you to bring your tent or grab a Pre-Pitched tent from our Accommodation options.
Besides the conventional camping facilities, which include flushing toilets, showers and a fireplace, the EC Village has cafes, a music stage, a gaming area and many more.
As a camping resident, you’ll get to enjoy genuine festival moments like having a coffee in the afternoon with your new neighbors, or chilling out at night near the fireplace, playing volleyball, ping pong & badminton.

Car Camping
You can choose to stay in the comfort of your own car and pitch your tent nearby with a Car Camping Ticket. This ticket will offer you a 3x8 meter area to place your car, pitch a tent and set up anything else you might need to feel cozy. Besides the Car Camping ticket, a Festival Pass + Camping Pass are mandatory for each person.

RV Camping
One of the most comfortable options is to stay in your own RV during the festival. Get an RV Camping Ticket to park for the whole festival period in a designated area of the EC Village. You will have a power source, a water source nearby (you'll need your own hose), wastewater discharge, and a chemical toilet discharge point. Besides the RV Camping ticket, a Festival Pass + Camping Pass are mandatory for each participant.

Glamping
We welcome you to a designated area that includes facilities and accommodation options considered to be more comfortable than traditional camping. It allows you to enjoy the freedom and closeness to nature in a quieter area of the EC Village.
Besides a valid accommodation ticket, a Festival Pass + Camping Pass are mandatory for each person sleeping in all the accommodation structures.

Packing List
Only bring what’s necessary. You will have to carry your stuff from the parking area or the bus station and back on your departure day. Keep in mind that you will have to walk 10 to 20 minutes from the parking lot/ bus station to the EC Village. Please use luggage tags. It will be easier to track your belongings wherever you might leave them in the EC Village area and surroundings.
Be patient, as for security reasons, ticket holders will be subject to searches of their belongings. Please cooperate with any security requests and searches at any time.
Less is more when thinking about packing and items you will have to carry. We know you’ll be staying with us for 4 days in a row, but traveling light will be easier for you. There will be shops in the festival area, and Cluj is not that far away if you really need to make a purchase.
Make sure your luggage is available for searches, and do not wrap it as you do while traveling by plane.
If you decide to accommodate in the Tent Area, make sure you bring a sturdy tent that you will use many years ahead after you take it home. This way, you will make sure your stay with us will be comfortable throughout the days and nights, and you will not have unpleasant surprises.
Reuse. Reduce. We want to make this world a better place and do our best to recycle and reuse. We kindly ask you to do the same and avoid single-use items and opt for reusable ones instead.
Our suggestion is to bring a mountain backpack rather than a trolly, as the EC Village is not an asphalted area.

Bags for dirty clothes and rubbish. Do not let the dirty clothes unattended, as our cleaning staff might confuse it with garbage and take it away.
What Not to Bring
Do not bring more than you need, as you will have to carry it all back home. Remember: less is more.
Only canned food and non-alcoholic drinks for personal consumption can be brought in EC Village.
Please don’t bring anything made of glass. All glass will be confiscated.
Make sure you don’t have any of the prohibited items listed here, as you will be searched every time you enter EC Village. All the prohibited items will be confiscated and you might face eviction.
